The following modifications must be made to the Windows NT/2000/XP Registry to ensure the TMS program will function correctly for all users. Administrators must follow the steps below to make the required changes to allow a User access to install and run the program.
Install the product according to installation instructions.
1. Login as administrator.
2. Click Start and run - Type regedt32 in dialog box and click OK.
3. Find the window titled - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on Local Machine.
4. Double click the SOFTWARE folder.
5. Double click the ASTTMS folder.
6. Click Security on the Registry Editor Taskbar.
7. Select Permissions.
8. In the upper box, find and Select the group named Everyone.
9. In the box on the bottom, change the type of Access to Full Control.
10. Check the Replace Permissions on existing subkeys box on the very bottom.
11. Click OK.
12. A confirmation window will appear that asks, "Do you want to replace
the permissions on all existing sub-keys within ASTTMS?" Click Yes to confirm.
13. Go back to the Software folder and scroll down to the ODBC folder.
14. Click Security on the Registry Editor taskbar.
15. Select Permissions.
16. In the upper box, find and Select the group named Everyone
17. In the box on the bottom, change the type of Access to Full Control.
18. Check the Replace Permissions on existing subkeys box on the very bottom.
19. Click OK.
20. A confirmation window will appear that asks, "Do you want to replace
the permissions on all existing sub-keys within ODBC? Click Yes to confirm.
21. Close the Registry Editor Program.

6. FOR WINDOWS 2000: Double click the ASTTMS folder.
7. Click Security on the Registry Editor Taskbar.
8. Select Permissions.
9. In the upper box select the group named Users.
10. In the Lower box check the box named Full Control.
11. Click OK.
12. Go back to the Software folder and scroll down to the ODBC folder.
13. On the menu bar, select Security.
14. Select Permissions.
15. In the upper box, select the group named Users.
16. In the lower box, check the box named Full Control.
17. Close the Registry Editor Program.
