Description
The HITS 16-Hour Refresher course for telecommunicators has been developed to meet state-level training standards for public safety telecommunicators. This product provides state required training on critical skills and knowledge that telecommunicators must possess to maintain performance of their mission. The two CD set provides instruction on core training topics and presents focused instruction. The program utilizes embedded questions and scenario driven exercises throughout the course to provide remediation and feedback. You must complete the entire course before taking the final examination and you must achieve a score of 80% to pass. Once the examination is completed, a Record of Training document can be printed.
