HITS training is based on standards set by nationally recognized
organizations including The International Foundation for Protection
Officers (IFPO) and traditionally accepted best practices. The training
materials include exercises, quizzes, tests, and a final test. After
successful completion of each course, students have the option to
purchase a certificate of training. For those seeking to upgrade
or maximize their skills, HITS training offers the flexibility to
study during designated work periods or at home.
Training Courses
HITS Training is divided into 3 areas, Law Enforcement, Security
and Telecommunicator/Dispatch. To view a complete list of courses

Web Based Training (WBT)
The web based courses can be accessed via the internet. If you do
not have an e-mail address several sites such as Yahoo and Hotmail
offer free e-mail.
CD Based Training (CBT)
The CD based courses can accessed at any PC with a CD-ROM drive.

is very effective for individuals and organizations. Online (WBT)
and computer (CBT) training offers anywhere, anytime training that

Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Many HITS training products include a student learning management
