TMS is a digitized grading and training performance
program that features automated collection, tracking,
management, analysis, and interpretation. A TMS interface
is installed on most AST CD-ROM based courses. When
used with a HITS product, students can electronically
send the grade report to their designated instructor
or administrator. The instructor may manually import
all other grade book reports regardless of course
orientation. TMS can also reduce personnel resources
required to collect and analyze training data.
