Which browser must you use to
run the web-based training?
You must use Internet Explorer, preferably IE6
SP1.

Our training is not supported by Netscape.
Can a product be used on more
than one computer?
The majority of our CBT training products are packaged
as a CD-ROM and floppy. The floppy allows one installation
for one user on one computer.
What is your return policy?
To receive a refund, the product must be returned,
unopened, within 10 working days of receipt. A restocking
fee in the amount of 20% of the purchase price plus
shipping and handling will be assessed on all returned
items. For Multiple CD products if any portion of
the product has been used, the individual item price
will be charged to you along with the restocking
fee plus shipping & handling.
What computer hardware is necessary
to run a CBT training product?
You must have a CD-ROM and floppy drive to run
the computer based training products.
What is the userid and password
for login to Learning Management System?
The Userid is a 4 - 9 digit number with no spaces
or dashes. The password is "student".
This password SHOULD NOT be changed.
How is a Record of Training
printed?
To print a Record of Training, ensure that your
computer is hooked to a printer. Place the student
floppy in the A:drive and login into LMS with the
users information. Select the Submit button. Select
Floppy drive and OK. Click View certificate for
printing. You may receive a screen asking for additional
information. Complete the required fields and click
OK. Click View Certificate for printing. The Certificate
will now open. Click the printer icon.
Can a user return to a course
after successfully completion?
The majority of the CBT training products are limited
to a one-time use. As you progress through a course
and successfully pass a lesson or chapter, you will
be locked out of the lesson or chapter. When you
successfully complete a course the course will no
longer be available.
